Returns & Refunds

We accept eligible returns and refunds in accordance with UK consumer law.

Changing your mind

For most goods purchased at a distance, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To request a return, email luxurydressingus75@gmail.com with your order details. We will provide return instructions and an appropriate return address.

Refunds

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, we will refund eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery charges where required by law, within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Return postage and condition

For a change-of-mind return, customers may be responsible for the direct cost of return postage if informed of this before purchase. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy under applicable law.

Certain statutory exceptions may apply, including some personalised products. This policy does not limit your legal rights.
